sabrina was strong. so strong to the point she survived the whole training and abuse from the one who bought her. she didn't know what they were aiming for; for all she knew back then was to survive, and not to blink even an eye. all the girls who shared the same fate with her were eliminated one by one, either killed because they were considered incompetent, or even suicide.

ㅤbiographyㅤ elias born on august 1st in san antonio, texas, to a happy married couple; mikael the mercenary and laila the inventor. of mixed finnish and latin american heritage, elias inherited his father’s height and his mother’s jet-black hair. also drawing on his parents' intelligence and strength, young elias outperformed most of his peers, making him a prodigy.

little elias never imagined that their peaceful family life would end—until laila suddenly vanished without a trace when he turned fourteen. mikael was profoundly affected by her disappearance. determined to find any trace of laila, he embarked on a long journey, taking young elias with him.

almost a decade of yearning yielded nothing, as elias and mikael’s experiences turned them into a renowned bounty hunter. at first, they were just accepting people's requests for money—starting from lost objects and animals to people. either dead or alive, in both whole or broken bones. all the while, they clung to the faint hope that these cases might hold a clue to laila’s whereabouts.

this faint hope turned into tragedy when it proved true, as mikael, instead of reuniting with laila, ended up killing her. overwhelmed by rage and confusion over his father’s actions, twenty-two-year-old elias shot mikael in the chest, giving him no chance to explain his reasons.

having nowhere to go, elias journeyed aimlessly as he drowned in guilt and trauma. he continued doing what he had learned during his long travels with his late father—accepting dangerous requests for bounties to survive while carrying rage and wounds as he believed one of those bounties might end his life in a way.
however, one of the cases he accepted led him to sawrey instead, who took an interest in elias and offered him a place to stay, though it came with a price. the price wasn't much, at least not for elias. backed by the old man’s limitless resources, he now operated under sawrey’s orders, assisting him in various criminal activities, primarily smuggling and espionage.

ㅤpersonalityㅤ stoic, aloof, and phlegmatic; the environment elias experienced after laila's absence contributed a lot to his lack of mirth. believing he was the one responsible for his parent's death, elias began accepting every request from clients without hesitation, coming off as a somewhat suicidal tendency. he threw himself into dangerous situations without concern for his own safety and somehow, managed to survive, relying on a mix of luck and his skills. this reckless, self-destructive behavior persisted to the point he suffered a leg injury, leaving him with a permanent limp.

his lack of friends since childhood led elias to develop a distorted view of those close to him. seeing his acquintances as pawns for his needs, even sabrina isn't an exception. unpredictable and sharp-tongued—those are the two words most of his past clients would use to describe him.
